Stress : Why Have It ???



A common problem we come across with people these days is stress. Some people try smoking, drinking, some prefer sleeping, some like to move for an outing, and others find many more escapes to tension.

Some of these are TAMSIC or Inactive such as drinking, RAJASIC or Active such as outing, trips, and other are SATTVIC or serene such as going to a spiritual retreat. Since these are just diversions so we do get a temporary escape to our problems.

Some kind of stress are normal they could be called OBJECTIVE STRESS. This comes into existence when we come across some new challenges in our life. As when we need to complete a number jobs in a short period of time we feel stressed. At these situations, it is a must to have a proper discipline and efficient time management. When we are in a hurry we usually mess up things and make mistakes, but by planning and discipline we can avoid strain.

Another kind of stress is SUBJECTIVE STRESS. This kind of stress is a result of innerself. When a problem of outside world becomes a threat, worry, anxiety comes into existence which makes us feel the inability to react or face such a situation.

When there is a job insecurity, strained relationships or any emotional upheaval there is a stress.All time there is a fear. The only certain thing about the world is that everything is uncertain. Accepting the fact that nothing is certain and stable in itself relieves stress. This can easily be avoided by just having faith in oneself and GOD.

We should always be relaxed and not afraid of anything, this attitude towards life solves any difficult problem easily.
